  Assuming this is the same as the Steam version, it's the 360 port made by Ubisoft Shanghai, where the OG Xbox version (the BETTER one!!) was made by Ubisoft Montreal.

  The OG Xbox version is a completely different game that's much closer to Splinter Cell Chaos Theory - but the only modern way to play is via Xbox backwards compatibility.
