Having a therapist who's doing the job correctly helps a lot, because some of them do rush and don't put much care into it. They can't guarantee 100% hair removal either.
I have had it done, and although it took a while/number of treatments, the regrowth has slowed down substantially.
Works better if you have fairer/whiter skin as the greater the contrast between skin v hair colour produces a better result I was told
