Anyone Using Xiaomi Monitor Desk Lamp with Dell S3221QS 32" Curved 4K UHD Monitor?

Hi,
I recently got the Dell S3221QS 32" Curved 4K monitor and the Xiaomi Monitor Desk Lamp from deals advertised here.

While using them together, I noticed that the clip for the lamp sits on a small portion of the monitor screen. This monitor has a very narrow bezel and the lifted plasticy bit is even narrower. So the part the clip is touching is in the same depth as the rest of the screen. I am not sure if it is part of the screen but it remains black when the monitor is in use.

Anyone else using these two together and having the same issue?
Any suggestion how to solve this?

      The lamp which sits on top of the monitor is touching the screen and possibly blanking part of it out or damaging it.

        I can see what you mean now, if there's no changes to the screen during placement then I'd say it's fine. I bought one earlier today from the deal posted by skido and my monitor is the exact same design in terms of the bezel, but I think it'll be fine as I've got a webcam that's mounted with the same type of clamp as well with no issues so far!

          Webcams are much lighter than the lamp tbh. The clip is quite heavy for the lamp, that's what concerns me.
