Thanks for the suggestion. But as per the below URL(Bayer), this stuff last for 4-6 weeks.

Pest Cemetery has been very effective for us for roaches, rats, ants and spiders for the past 7 years in 2 different houses. really reasonable rates. the guy (Col) is very friendly. the number is 0412 770 832.
I bought some Coopex from this this website to use for getting rid of some spiders around my garden:

Just mixed it up and applied it with a small hand sprayer. Worked a treat and was an inexpensive way to do it!
I guess it doesn't last as long as a professional treatment but I figured I could buy a LOT of sachets for the price of a regular pest control treatment.
