Just wondering if anyone else has had issues with Shopback sending an email stating that you had an 'Unsuccessful Cashout Request'? I had a look at a website that reviews Shopback and it seemed to me that there were other people similarly affected.

I think this is OzBargain not Shopback support.
Like most things on the internet, the unhappy voices are usually the loudest.
That being said, there has always been noise around these cashback / referral sites whether it's cashrewards or Shopback. My own personal experience with Shopback, whilst anecdotal, is that the cash out feature has never had an issue - and I even like being able to use it to offset gift card purchases too from the Shopback gift card store.
Yes, happen to me today. I deleted my payment details and tried again with new payment details.
I've had the same today. My attempt was through Paypal, and I've used the same details in the past with no issues.
Try paypal?
