Great price for this fantastic game - if you haven't got it this is super worth getting at this price.
You will be charged in USD but the price in title is in AUD.

  In cart, a warning appears that states: "Attention: Unfortunately your purchase can't go through due to security blocks."
  I'm not using a VPN, and I'm not in either South America or Europe (No Activation).
  Any ideas?

    It could be that there were more than a normal number of scam attempts from people using your ISP.
    Try with a different browser and see if it still happens (if it does, then it could really be the ISP).
    Maybe do try with a VPN if it does not work without. Just use a VPN and VPN into an Australian node.

      I tried using both Microsoft Edge and Firefox and neither worked :/
      I'm thinking it's most likely my ISP. I also don't have access to a VPN atm, so I can't try that solution.
