  I have this. Its ok for the price. you need to have your app on while you look at it, otherwise doesn't sync. Almost doesn't work for multiple people.
  It just ends up being basic weighing scale to see your weight.

    My scales looks the same, just different colour, and was a bit cheaper. The app looks similar to the one in screenshots on Amazon.

    It's called OKOK-International in AppStore and I got mixed feelings at first - requires creating an account (fake temporary emails work fine) and displays ads shortly "while the app is loading", but generally does the trick. I can hit the button in the app to read weight and it's going to grab the current or the latest measurment, as long as the scales is still on.

    I can see in Apple's Health app that it syncronises automatically.

    Well, not bad for $20-30.

  Bluetooth ones need to connect to your phone and running the specific app to record. Go with the wifi ones if possible.

    So with a wifi one I'll need a different specific app to record? Or does wifi guarantee iOS/Android is going to pick it up, no matter the price range?
