Recommendations for a $1k-$1.5k Laptop

Hi,

Currently in the market for a Windows laptop for Uni, priced between $1k - $1.5k

Primarily used for coding, Virtual Machine programs and general use. Must have decent memory as I'll have programs running simultaneously.

Use JB hifi , find something you like, break it down to top 3, then people will comment.

most new laptops with 8GB+ memory will do, I would go for 16GB.

I was very very pleasantly surprised by this…

there;s some bad reviews around.. screen and overheating..

but having sued a combination of MAC / and Dell XPS machines previously..

this was unbeatable value.. at the time..

I assume, something simialr \will turn up..
