Connection to record Xbox 360 to Pc.

I need some help finding a retail shop that is selling a device that enables me to put the analog (red, white, yellow) leads into it and then a USB to put into the computer so i can record what i am playing.
I have heard about DAZZLE but there over $100 at Harvy Norman because it comes with editing software i already have so i was just wondering if any oz barginers have bought this and if so where from

  • There are a lot of that type of thing around. As a matter of fact, the advert showing for me on this page at the moment is showing me one!

If you keep an eye out they often pop up on Zazz/CoTD etc, but there are also a lot on ebay. They are usually sold as 'VHS to PC' devices/capture cards - I guess most people associate VHS with that type of Composite RCA connection.

On ebay there are some floating around for $15 or less (which amazes me as 10-15 year back you used to pay $1000's for it), but brick and mortars all seem to be quite expensive. Just be a bit careful (as always on ebay), some don't appear to work on 64 bit operating systems.

    • Hahaha yer the advert is one thanks for all the information and yer i'll have to get one off ebay because no retail shops seem to stock them where i have looked.
      Cheers again

      • There was a model called "PICO Life DVD Maker" on clearance I picked up for 20 @ Target's AV counter. Last I saw they had a few left at 18. I imagine any Target may have one.
