Cheapest Phone Plan to Receive Calls Only

Hi,
Looking for the cheapest sim to accept phone calls only.
No need for data (as it'll be WIFI) and no need to make calls.
I just found an old Telstra long life sim. It will cost 30 bucks to recharge for 365 days.
Just wondering if anyone has come across something cheaper, or for more than a year?

      Thanks, I did have a look in the forums and deals but from memory the lowest was $10pm which is 120 per year.
      I'm looking for the cheapest plan to hold a sim to accept calls only

    Lycamobile — you can activate the SIM to receive calls and texts and it costs $0.
