Hey, relatively new member to this website, just a bit confused by something
you know how you have top deals or new deals
and you have a yellow box with a number to the left of it?
what does this mean, i thought it might mean the latest added or the most popular
however there are numbers repated several times as well as not in numerical order
can someone explain this.

Scrimshaw is correct when it comes to new deals.
With top deals the number in the box should be in numerical sequence showing the largest number against the 1st listing.
ok cause, when i vote on a deal, and then go back and refresh the page, it still shows the same number before I voted, so it couldn't be the positive votes….
It is the number of votes…just give it some time and your vote will be there
If you are talking about the "New Deals" blocks on the side, then yes, that is "aggressively cached" so it would refresh in a few minutes with the right number of votes in a few minutes.
It shows the number of positive votes. The deals are always listed in chronological order — newest on the top of the list, older on the bottom.
