I mainly drink black and find it is good for this too, it is a crowd pleaser, everyone I have served it to loves it.
What's a good bean for cold brew?
I'm kinda hooked on a quickie Aeropress cold brew style. Drank just as is, pure goodness or recently discovering with milk and sugar when the beans gets older. YuM!
For a cold brew, one of my favourites has to be the Ascension if you're looking for a espresso / filter blend, or at the moment in the single origin department, I'd go for the Guatemala El Vergel.
