  Mine tracked fine and the status showed - Pending: Validating your Cashback all the way until they were finally confirmed, where they showed $zero cashback. What a joke!

  Last time I used Shopback for cashback was for that RTX 3070 Ebay Black Friday. Somehow I still got the cashback ($103ish) even though I had to return the card and got refund (Gigabyte and their crappy bent power pin).

If i buy sometihng online and when i pick it up realize it's the wrong size, can i change it for another size without affecting the cashback?

Edit: nevermind, it's says that return or exchange are ineligible. Maybe i can buy 2 sizes in separate transactions, then return the one that doesn't fit.

Wow, not very good feedback from users here about shopback+uniqlo, guess i'll just wait for this to show up on cashrewards to be 100% sure.

  I'm currently waiting on my cashback case with cashrewards regarding Easter cashback upsize with Uniqlo. However I have total trust in cashrewards as they have always done right when I opened case with them, but that looks like to be Uniqlo's fault that cashback does not register. So I'm not sure shopback is entirely at fault.

    Me neither, i haven't had a single issue with Shopback so far, but i don't use it as much as cashrewards, so maybe that's why I haven't encountered any problems yet.

I think there is an issue with Uniqlo's rewards program clashing with Shopback resulting in either no cashback tracking or no cashback being awarded. Returns are easy enough in store - but still very annoying.

Return policies have changed such that online purchases through postal delivery can only be returned through postal service which incurs a $8 fee. Click and collect purchases can be returned in the same store of collection for free. If you anticipate returning any items (which also invalidates cashback), best to order them separately and choose click and collect. From my latest click and collect order with Cashrewards in January, cashback was indeed confirmed. Not sure about shopback but I expect it to be the same.

Thanks OP. Good timing as I need some new jeans and Uniqlo's are super soft and comfy. Fingers crossed that I get my purchase tracked. I've been all clear so far with ShopBack.
