Hi,

I am trying to build (not a DIY but via professional tradesman) a garden room/office pod. Space is around 5m x 5.5m. Something like these:

Just wondering if anyone has any experience building it or done via professional tradesman?

What do you mean. Trying to build or trying to have built? There’s a big difference between DIY and finding a trade.

  that looks interesting. however not quite as container wouldn't be suitable and wouldn't fit in the space

Have you considered an open cabana for a lower cost?

  Sure. i'll let you know. Yeah have. Need sealed office as it will have equipments. Needs to be lockable.

You would need to be looking at around $2,000/m2 x 27.5m2 = $55,000. This would allow for drawings/ application fees and building permits.
