Just got the new mesh wifi system yesterday. But when setting up, had issues connecting to internet. Did a restart on modem (NBN HFC) and router, and cloned the MAC ID on the web management page. FYI, with Aussie Broadband and have read their guide (dynamic IP WAN if I’m not wrong). Wifi momentarily starts to work but when I turn on the Powerline Adapter (TP-Link AV600) for my PC upstairs which is connected to a different power outlet, the internet goes down. The light on the Mercusys router remains solid green, which I’m led to believe means that it’s connected to the internet, but will not load any webpages when connect wirelessly or via Ethernet cable on second LAN port.
Has anyone experienced this too? If so, any workarounds?
