Anyone received their merchandise from the 50% off Guess sale that was on OzBargain around Christmas time. I got a confirmation of the order after placement on Dec 24th and haven't heard a thing since. My CC has been charged. I notice they have got another sale on now. Their customer service line doesn't answer and I've left a message and sent them 2 emails with no reply. Was interested to know if any other Ozbargainers bought goods from this sale and if received? Thanks.
Goodluck. I ordered shoes from them < Christmas 2010. It took 4+ weeks to receive the shoes, and even though I'd purchased from the Australian online store, they sent me US size. To this day, they have never listed their sizes as US.
They never replied to any of my emails, or attempts to contact them.
I ended up gifting the shoes away two months ago.
These days, I buy Guess directly from Amazon US. At least their prices are always good. Last time I ordered early Dec 11, the 5 shoes I ordered arrived in 4 days, using DHL international express.
The Australian online shop must be owned/run by a moron/clown, as plenty of others also got screwed.
