  • Note it doesn't seem to have a power supply nor a port to add one.

Edit: one badly Photoshopped picture suggests it might have a port.. But I wouldn't rely on it

Dude what are you on about? Read the description and questions before you post.
If you're suggesting if it connects to a power supply… Yes it does. Of course it does.

I read the descriptions and pictures twice before posting and now yet again.

Nothing in the specs. It specifically says don't go >900ma. One badly Photoshopped picture with a cable going in (and if you look at the pictures theres discrepancies about that but cbf explaining). Yet buried in one question, and it's in the 'view more questions' page.. Is one user saying it has external power.

        Lighten up.

PS: In case we're not on the same page, I mean it connects to mains power to draw >900ma of current.

        • You are right. The unit posted does not have an external power input as far as I can read or see from the pics. Note the reviews are for various hubs that Wavlink sell under this listing.

  • Thanks OP. I have one and just got another one. These are great to use if you're using multiple devices to connect

    • Please confirm if there's an ac in port for an external power supply?

  • Somewhat similar but with a micro USB port for additional power: https://www.amazon.com.au/dp/B08CBHYDQL/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_awdb_…

According to the description there is "no power supply needed"

    I have one.

this does not have a power supply.

works well for attaching a mouse/keyboard/memory stick. Does not work well with external hard disks, even powered ones.

  • Will this work with a ps/Xbox controller so I can switch it off when playing kbm?
