      does anyone know if these can be bad for you? I really enjoy these, and tbh would rather drink these than plain water, but i'm not sure if I'm supposed to do that. I know I know, there's no substitute for water, but are these bad if you drink say 1L a day, everyday?

        It all depends on your diet and lifestyle. These are around 200 calories per litre mainly consisting of sugar which is pretty low - if you need the good sugars and electrolytes in your diet then these are good for you. If youre already at your calorie threshold for the day/week and youre sitting on your ass all day then these wont be ideal but they arnt going to blow your weight or sugar levels through the roof.

        In short, no they arnt bad for you, but drink in moderation if you arnt overly active

        Watermelon is horrible, tastes like spoiled watermelon.
        Choc is not too bad. Tastes a lot sweeter than straight up but does not contain more sugar/calories. My kids love choc flavour.
        I recon it's better than soft drinks.

      I much prefer Aldi's coconut water to any other brand! And I found adding some to herbal tea really enhances the flavour of the tea - I can't drink herbal tea without it now :)
