Wood pellet cat litter has been a game changer as a cat owner.
Can't recommend the product enough.
Smells way less than normal cat litter
Change it less often
Uses way less and ends up significantly cheaper
Costs less per kg than the crystals and clumping
Doesn't stick to cat paws as much so less 'tracking' (stray bits of litter outside of the litter box)

Highly recommend looking into it if you have a cat.

  • That's really cheap!

  • Excellet price. Too bad I already got plenty.

  • I'll be honest, I pay for the active carbon tofu. It never gets stinky & clumps well…. Worth the premium for not smelling cat dookies or pee

    • Interesting - might give that a try. Were is the best/cheapest place for it?
Looks like a couple of brands available too - any suggestions?

Do you want no smelling cat dookies or pee? Give them raw food. I have used Breeders Choice and now Catmate, our cat's pee and poo don't smell with any of them. You don't realise there is poo in the litter unless you look at it.

      • Yeah, it might work for you but not me. Maybe your cats digestive flora is a bit different and allows for less odour.

I could never get rid of stinky poos and pee, and I'm not willing to risk her missing out on essential nutrients by giving her unfortified foods. Paying for litter that does the same job seems like the best decision for most.

food fortified with corn, rice, and all kind of cereal you can find? I pass. And thanks for negging me.. like I would care….

@Colombian: Nice strawman argument based on uninformed unintelligible drivel.

Fortified foods are packed with vitamins, minerals, fats and nutrients to sustain healthy life.

Maybe you should Google things you don't understand before spreading misinfo.

      • Where do you get the raw foods from? Is human grade chicken or beef safe?

There are several ways to give your cate healthy meals:

          Feline Naturals
          Ziwi Peak
          Meat Mates

I have the above as treats. But what my cat normally eats is muscle meat mixed with supplement. The supplement I use is Raw Meow Mix. I buy muscle meat at supermarket.

Not only we don't have smelly poos or pee, our cat poops about every second day or so. In saying that, he pees a lot, meat has a lot of water.

          • @Colombian: By muscle meat do you mean like drumsticks or chicken thighs?

            • @nfr: Yes, but with no bone or organs. The supplement contains the nutrients that come with bone and organs.

  • This is the 💩
