Ethiopia Sidamo
This is a high-quality washed coffee bean from the Ethiopian Sidamo region. Growing altitude 1500-2220 masl. The Ethiopian Sidamo region produces versatile coffee beans that suit all coffee types. It is well-balanced, has great body, and a pleasant mouthfeel. Roasted to medium with cupping notes exhibiting peach and citrus (lemony) with complex sparkling acidity. This coffee bean is an amazing single origin.
Brazil Santos
This offering is from the Santos region in southern Brazil. This coffee is easy to drink as it is a soft and smooth coffee that is light it is on the palate. This makes an excellent choice for those who enjoy milk and sugar in their cup. At its best as a drip coffee, it also makes for a delightful single-origin espresso with a pleasant chocolatey nuance and a great crema.
