    I had this power bank die a month after getting it and they initially refused warranty as I didn't take a picture of the package when it first arrived. They refunded eventually after I complained about it.

      My power bank has now died as well (about 3 months old) BlitzWolf® BW-P10 10000mAh QC3.0 PD18W Power Bank 10W Wireless charger.
      They are asking for the SKU and pictures of the packaging, which i didnt keep.
      I'll slug away and see if they will refund or change it. Also asking for Videos of a non charging power bank, ummmm it doesnt charge, no lights and nothing happens… nothing to video.
      Also asking to upload the video to youtube, i dont use youtube (maybe im too old). seems silly to me.
