    Wouldn't recommend getting stuck in a contract with them! Worst coverage/customer service! Still have another 9 months of my contract and can't wait to get away from them.

      They have really good customer service if you contact them via Facebook. Coverage depends mostly if they have done updates in your area yet. I'm on a 12 month iPhone 4 plan where I had terrible coverage in my area which I complained about and could have easily got out of the contract because of. Alternately they offered the option of only charging me for my handset repayments. So I'm only paying $5 per month in total for their $85 unlimited plan and getting an iPhone 4 out of it.

    The worst thing about ticktek gift vouchers is you go and use them then they have to call head office to make sure the voucher is still valid. You can be waiting 20 minutes just to get your tickets.
