Is This Dell Inspiron 3881 $829 a Good PC for Office Work / Light Gaming?

I was looking for a decent PC for two monitors, office work (Microsoft Office, email, etc) and maybe some light gaming

The price has gone up now but I bought the Dell Inspiron 3881 late last night for $829 including delivery, specs:

Processor: 10th Gen Intel® Core™ i7-10700 processor(8-Core, 16M Cache, 2.9GHz to 4.8GHz)
OS: Windows 10 Home English
Videocard: NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 1650 SUPER™ 4GB GDDR6
Memory: 8GB, 8Gx1, DDR4, 2933MHz
Hard drive: 512GB M.2 PCIe NVMe Solid State Drive
360W EPA Black Chassis

Here's a link to the one I got

Can anyone tell me if this will suit my needs and if it was a good deal? I still maybe able to cancel

Appreciate any help!

  • What games are you planning to play? I can play a surprising amount of games on my laptop with worse specs

    • The Forest, Diablo 2 remastered (when it comes out). I dont care if its not ultra high settings just as long as its playable/looks half decent

You should be fine, your PC specs are more than enough. Just be aware, that 512GB SSD can fill up fast if you play a few games.

I'd say it's more than good for your needs, though you might want to grab another 8GB stick as well.

    • Thanks will do, will any 8gb stick work?

Preferably the same model stick, but if you need to, you can mix-match brands and specs (to a certain extent).

    • You'd definitely want another stick. Running single channel RAM will bottleneck the system
