I have placed 2 orders with sale items but there is no 10% off. It must be for full priced items as someone mentioned. There is free shipping at the moment with no minimum spend. I placed 2 orders and 1 order was for $40 and it came up with free shipping.

I used a birthday voucher (you sign up and they send it to you or add to rewards) and got a free shipping also, paid 23$ only instead of 34.99+7.95
But as said that 10% is full price only.
