I noticed that woolies and coles no longer stock Dr Pepper :(. Anyone know where to get some without paying an arm and a leg through eBay or Amazon?

where are you located? Costco stores regular Dr. Pepper

if you are in Sydney I recommend you check out

they have a walk in warehouse (3 floors) of american drinks and candy. 99% of general public do not know about this store. mainly the people who frequent it are business owners of (7-11s) convivence or candy stores etc. but it is open to public

    check it out!

just take note of the operating hours

    WORKING DAYS/HOURS:
    Mon - Fri/ 7:30AM - 4:00PM

    Sat 8:00AM - 1:30PM

    • Bonfect is probably as close to heaven as you can get.

Thank you! Seems like you can only order if you have an abn? Is that correct?

      • not sure about online, but in person you don't need ABN although i believe ABN customer gets around 10% further discount.

because its a wholesaler you do need to in most occasions buy in the quantity that is for sale. eg. you cant buy 1 can or one packet of chips. have to buy box etc.

        • Kindly noted that Bonfect is Business to Business mode, not open to public.

Those lolly shops in bigger shopping centres usually have it.

in terms of the price at bonfect which is not listed on the website but for a box of US drinks (say Dr. Pepper) whichever flavour variant its around $12 which includes 10 cans so $1.20 a can.

heaps of variety as you can see on the website.

note: most people selling on ebay etc are just selling you stuff they got from bonfect and marked it up 200%… likewise for those american candy stores in shopping centres etc

  • How was royal commission? :)

  • Most Coles, Woolworths and IGA's in Perth have it, but there have been periods of time when they are out of stock for long periods.

Personally if I need to bulk there is a local place in Perth that sells slabs of UK Dr Pepper for about $25. You can get 24 packs of American Dr Pepper from Costco but costs almost $50.

That being said I normally just limit myself to a couple of cans during the weekly shop to help me moderate my consumption.

    • Most Coles, Woolworths and IGA's in Perth have it

I've noticed it in Spudshed as well

      • Was just going to say Spudshed, husband just bought it at 50c a can, think they said it was from damaged boxes or something.

USA foods in Melbourne stock it.

I prefer the Dr Pepper glass bottles when they are in stock.

Is there a good Asian Foods version of USA food?

      • +1

Hong Kong Supermarket in Clayton is fairly good. Also a few around Carnegie and Glen Waverley.

      • Try KFL, few different locations including Springvale. Fujimart in Prahran or Tang on Russell street is probably my favourite at the moment. Tang has a broad range of different asian items (Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Viet, Taiwanese and more).

Dr Pepper 12 pack 12oz for $12.99 at USA Foods. Plus postage, or free pickup from Moorabbin VIC.

  • Saw it in coles in the international aisle.

    • Yeah usually bottom shelf at mine.

      • Didn’t neg but I genuinely like Dr Pepper. 🤷‍♂️ Cherry version even more so.

  • Coles and Woolworths both have it, in selected stores International aisle.

  • If you're near a Costco I know they sell it at Costco.
