Yo, need some advice plz.

1.. Buy from eBay or Amazon or other, why?
(and from which of these sellers?

The slight differences in price are ok; i value easy warranty/returns should issues arise)

2.. What's Amzn's warranty duration? I don't see it in listing.

3.. Steel series states 12mths only (outside EU)

However mobile citi website states manufacturer warranty = 24mths

Is there any weight to that? or have they got it wrong??

Whereas everywhere else does use the former 1yr warranty.

4.. How long would you expect warranty to last for this $500 electrical item/electronics?
Feel 1-2 years is still a bit short and exxy for such product.

    I bought mine from Umart, white $459, black $469. A brick and mortar store, easy returns.

    I bought mine for 389 from wireless 1 recently when there was a promo paying with latitude pay. I think its around 439 now… check wireless 1 store online.

      ta but price isn't the main factor for this, moreso ease of returns/warranty claim/aftersales
      (wouldn't want to buy it and then dicked around unreasonably later on iykwim?)
