update: black buds have come down further while white beans have risen slightly

      Well.. after contacting Samsung Au chat support…
      "Thank you for confirming it, however, I have tried checking the Serial number of the buds and it seems like the model is different from Australia model. In addition, from what I can see it seems like it was manufactured in Africa.
      I'm afraid that we are unable to provide you with a Skin cap as it's only being offered for Australia model devices. For further assistance with your concern, I would recommend contacting the Samsung Support where the product has been manufactured from."

      I got mine direct from Amazon Au..

      Although the sleeves are only a few dollars delivered from Aliexpress.

        Just looked at my serial # sticker, and it says made in Vietnam by Samsung, so I'm not sure how Africa is involved.

    I've spoke to Samsung support last week and they said they'll put my request through for them after lots of back and forth. I asked for a confirmation email and said they couldn't send me one so I'm going to check again and see what happened to my request.

      I jumped onto their chat today, to request some sleeves. Took around 5mins for the whole process… I kept a chat transcript, just in case, lol.

        Yeah I checked up on mine and apparently they don't have stock of them yet - should get an email once they get dispatched though. Will continue to check regularly until I get them!

    the last two pictures show the beans in a case, is that the charging case you where looking for?

      Is is the one I'm looking for, however, the description on Amazon says:

      Included Components 2 x earbuds, cable

      So it doesn't mention the case.

      Looking at the product comments is also vague. One comment says no, the other - yes ;) I was hoping someone bought them and can confirm.

      Question:Does the case have wireless charging?

      Yes you can use wireless charging, its just a little slower that's all. I noticed that the bottom of the case gets a little warm while charging. But i don't use this method very often.
