      FYI. TGG increased the price from 449 to 469 on Wed in preparation it seems for this.

      The instore credit last time was no end of hassle to get from them, they used to process them manually. Then the 4 weeks to use it problem.

    Have they given you a promo code to enter to bring the price down to $399? I've tried Hoppers Crossing store and was told they can match the price but no further discounts apply.

          I did it once and the automated system asked me to type a post code. After that it directed the call to the nearest store.

    I managed to price match with TGG in store with sales & then get 10% discount at checkout - $359.10.
    The sales person wouldn't give me 10% discount so I tried my luck at the counter :)

      I had the same conversation. However I persisted a little bit more and showed them the fact that the item's page still showing Saturday delivery. In the end they offered $30 gift card as an apology.

    I purchased one from good guys online click collect. It says on the advertising banner that $50 store credit will be automatically sent to our email on 26th May.

    Still haven't received it yet 😑. Really can't be bothered dealing with them and chasing it up. Will wait a few more days.

      I’m in the same boat and followed it up recently. This is the reply that I had received:

      Thanks for your enquiry. We have looked in to this and our records show that you are not opted in to receive marketing materials. Unfortunately as per the T&Cs for the promotion, this means that you are not eligible to receive a credit. Apologies for any disappointment

      Pretty ridiculous, nowhere on the main promotion page did it say you had to opt into marketing emails to be eligible.
