    Are you able to connect a mouse and hdmi monitor to an Android device with a broken screen to recover the data?

      i think i've done that tin the past, with old microUSB ports, just for fun. Mouse worked automatically after connecting it, but that was in an old version of android, not sure it will work in your case. You could try getting a USB to USC-C adaptor to test that out and see if it works maybe? those should be cheaper

      The mouse will definitely work, but the monitor out is a maybe only.
      You're probably safer to get a MHL adapter.

      USB-c is so finicky with the myriad thing it is capable of versus what the device actually supports.

      Just checked questions and looks like it does support the GoogleTV. But reviews seem hit and miss but may be due to not using a higher power source. OP can you confirm?

    Reviews seem to indicate that this runs very hot, which eventually leads to failures.

    Bought this and received from Amazon, but the Power Delivery doesn't work. I've disconnected all other items and just run the power through the unit to the phone, and it doesn't work. When I connect the charger direct to the phone then it works as it should.

    I was afraid of this failure based on the reviews.

        Thanks, the hub works great with exception of power. Hdmi and USBs work fine when connected.

    I bought the 6 in 1 hub in Feb and it doesn't work right. Just got a monitor and found out that the HDMI port is unstable, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Can I have a warranty for this one? Do I send it back to amazon? @AU SECLECT? Thanks
