Hi there, we always say to allow 2 - 5 working days, however generally it will get from Sydney to Melbourne overnight, then most of the time the courier will attempt delivery to you the next day. From our end we send out all orders within 24 hours.

For a guarantee these mattresses come with a 20 year warranty, however this is for manufacturing faults and defects, it cannot cover personal comfort reasons or simply not liking the mattress/change of mind. If you are in Sydney you are welcome to come try them out at our showroom.
Will sagging in the middle after a few years be considered a fault or defect?
We follow the manufacturer terms on that, which states the mattress is covered under warranty if the indentation is 76mm or more.
