Not sure why people are negging you, but agree that the lack of transparency is annoying – delivery should be able to be calculated with just a postcode without fishing for marketing details. Absence of click n collect in this day and age is a fair complaint too.

We hear ya! Underneath our "add to cart" button on each product page, there is a section called "Check Shipping Time". You can type in your post code and not only does this calculate shipping time based on your location but also has the fee on the right hand side :) No details required! Our shipping fee is displayed on our homepage but for transparency we want to make it more clear on each page you visit so we have included that section on every product :) In terms of picking up from branches, all our stock are from our warehouse at this moment, stock from the stores sometimes can either be display shoes or customers trying them on physically - we owe it to our online customers to provide them brand new stock that hasn't been worn before or affected display shoes from our retail stores. Hope you can understand where we are coming from!
