Gearbite Warranty for Xiaomi 34" Curve Monitor

Does anyone had any issues with their Xiaomi 34" Curved Monitor?

Gotten one from Gearbite eBay back last year Aug and yesterday it went all black/ blank. Tried connecting it to 2 laptops (HP and Thinkpad) and my PC and all occasions I am able to have the computers detect the monitors but nothing came up on the Xiaomi screen.

Is anyone familiar with warranty returns/ repair with Gearbite eBay store? I tried to call their website number and noone picked up the call. Left a message on their messenger and also sent a message via eBay. Just wondering if warranty support with Gearbite eBay has caused any grief to anyone before, or will it be professionally handled?

    I also bought this monitor from gearbite ebay last sept/oct and had an issue, it would occasionally not wake up from sleep. When that happens, power button did nothing, and flipping the power from the powerpoint (or unplug/replugging the power cable) would fix it. After 2 months it completely won't turn on.

    Contacted gearbite, initially via fb messenger? They told me to email them details and a video of the issue. 2 days later they emailed me a return shipping label. a few days after they got it, they shipped a new monitor to me. Overall I was happy with their handling.

    I just hope the monitor will last, seems like this power issue isn't isolated? =/

      I think mine wasnt a power issue. There's the power light that was on when the monitor was connected. Its just not showing anything on the screen, all black.

      Took 2 videos and sent to them. Lucky I still kept the box in the garage somewhere. Pity those living in an apartment where space is a luxury, I wouldnt be keeping large empty cartons if I was living in one.

      Rep here did respond quick to messages (thanks to spackbace). Sent them an email and hopefully within 24 hours they would get back to me.

      And yes, hoping this monitor will last. For now, tiny laptop screen for excel then.

    Aside from the monitor issue, dont want to create another post but does anyone ever manage to find a desktop holder/ arm capable of holding this monster?

    Just received a return label from them. Dang they are FAST!

    First time doing warranty returns with them, will definitely buy from them again!
