Can't get rid of my Gen 1 bought from BH Photo in 2011, it would not give me a reason. Zippers still work, no tear or rip in fabric in 10 years of use.

  I actually purchased this III model to replace it as it has a tablet sleeve. Unfortunatley it only fits an iPad and not a Surface - so I had to return it and continue using my 10+ year old one.
  
  $20 for this is a great price though.
