Has anyone received their order? I have not received any communications since order confirmation and not getting replies to email questions.
Same, concerned they just took our money and run as they are closing down.
Got the following reply yesterday and this morning got notification that my order has been shipped.
We are currently experiencing significant delays in dispatching orders due to an influx of orders placed because of recent sales. Although lockdown was only in place for a short period in regional VIC, this also created additional delays which we are unfortunately still feeling the impact of. We ask that our customers please remain patient with us as we can assure you your order will be packed, however we do understand that you have not received your items as soon as you would have liked. We have increased warehouse staff to increase the rate that orders are being sent out. Unfortunately, we do not have an expected dispatch date to provide you with, but as soon as your order is packed you will be notified.
In saying this, we do understand you may want to cancel your order and be issued with a full refund. If this is the case, please let us know ASAP.

Checkout their Facebook pages. 100s of complaints. I actually put in a PayPal claim and threatened with a deadline and received my order following that.
