Can the 30000mAh power bank be taken on planes since it's over 100Wh?

Yes some airlines allow it with permission as it's under 160Wh:

• Qantas - email approval
• Jetstar - email approval
• Virgin - declare at check in

    Not suitable for laptop charging as they're only 18W. Typically you want 45W minimum.

  So I bought the sw20+ model in January but have noticed it's NOT 20,000mAh and closer to 10,000mah.

  With my galaxy note 10+ at 20% battery, this powerbank will only charge it twice, with about 25% left in the powerbank.

  The note 10+ has. 4100mah battery, so at 20% charge it needs about 3280mah to charge to 100%

  OP - how do I get in touch with the seller to do a warranty claim on this?
