  Well worth the extra $.

  Your old battery is the lower capacity 3-cell model, they also sold the 4-cell for the E7240.

    If you're sure this one is suitable for 11.1V then alright i guess i gotta reach deep into my pockets

      Call Dell, provide them your SVCTAG # over the phone, and they'll confirm whether or not this will work with your specific system when placing the order.

      There is difference between the 7.4 & 11.1V batteries.

        Their customer support said I shouldn't buy the 7.4V one.

  Look closely at the existing battery if it looks swollen you can claim one from Dell under warranty. We are getting many replaced at work.

    Not always… we've tried with 4-5 if its out of warranty they couldnt give a flying.

    This battery is older than the PS4 I bought in 2018.

      I haven't bought from them. They got enough reviews to look legit, simple Google.
