This is good shampoo for dandruff. Smells real nice too.

  • Woah! this is the cheapest I've seen it.

  • This T/Gel shampoo is far more effective in my experience: https://www.chemistwarehouse.com.au/buy/6562/neutrogena-t-ge…

    • That coal tar vs this is similar to head and shoulders, honestly I'm the same I find head and shoulders did nothing but tgel is fantastic

Are you talking about the 2 in 1 TGel or the Therapeutic one?

    • I use daily 2-in-1 daily, T/Gel shampoo 2 times per week, been working very well for me in the past 3 years.

  • How is this compared to Head & Shoulders

    • +2

For me, got rid of my dandruff after 3 washes in a week.

Head & Shoulders used to make it a lot worse for me.

2 in 1 is handy too.

      • Hmm I'll give it a go then. Can't go much wrong at this price

Gave up on H&S and other alternatives many years ago and went with the ultimate hippy-dippy sounding method that I read somewhere (decades of failed alternatives left me little other option). Cheap as hell too - wash every day with just water then once a week use bicarbonate of soda (about a tablespoon).

The bicarb is slightly alkaline and changes the pH of your scalp, making it a less than ideal breeding environment for the fungus that causes dandruff (apparently it's fussy that way). I'm guessing the mild alkalinity also creates a very mild soap when mixed with the oils in the scalp/hair.

Whatever the reason, both my wife (an ex-hairdresser) and my barber say my hair and scalp are a million times better than they used to be.

Waiting for that shampoo, conditioner, body wash, car wash, pet wash, dishwash liquid, laundry detergent, fabric softener 8-in-1 to go on sale

    • So you mean tide pods? Once you consume them then you’ll never have to do any of the other stuff ever again. And more. Definitely an 8-in-1.

      • Speaking of tides pods, I wish amazon sold them at a decent price again! Tide pods are actually great!

wheat proteins that are known to nourish and help protect hair from further damage

    Is this gluten free?

    • And how on earth does it nourish something that's just extruded protein?
