To be eligible for a Telstra Home Broadband Plan, you must: (a) be the owner of the standard Telstra basic telephone service that the service will be connected to; or (b) have obtained the owner’s permission to connect the service if you are not the owner of the relevant telephone service.
The prize will be fulfilled in the form of a bill credit to be applied to the winner's Telstra bill through to the conclusion of the 12-month period, at which point all subsequent charges will become the responsibility of the winner. For the avoidance of doubt, the winner may change or cancel their Home Broadband Plan at any time following the expiry of the initial 12 month period.
