  • Free shipping? ;)

    • From the site:

"For the purpose of calculating shipping costs this website is integrated with Australia Post and will automatically assign a fee based on the delivery instructions you provide."

      • Ok let me rephare that for the masses. Does this deal include free postage? With the 20% off, the cost of postage is more than a packet of nuts..its NUTS i tell you :)

    You're nuts

    • Lol I've heard them all!

Hi mate could you clarify if the nuts are Australian grown (I assume not since you say Australian Made rather than Produced in Australia), and if so does this apply to all the nuts?

    • +4

Almonds, Peanuts and Macadamias are grown in Australia. Cashews are not grown in Australia (they dont grow them here). All coated in Australia, supporting Aussie jobs!

That's really impressive, good on you :)

  • Just online? Good luck.. can't see it working unless you throw a LOT of money at it, anyway negativity aside i wish you all the best!

    • Also have vending machines with nuts in them, so trying to diversify as well. Cheers for the good wishes.

I wouldn't jump to that conclusion. For some odd reason nuts have become hideously overpriced in supermarkets and at the same time are often from China or otherwise "imported" (cough, China). I scoffed at first but am having a closer look.

      • Yes you are right. These are not cheap Chinese 'knock offs' so to speak.

        • -2

"Knock off" nuts? Now that's nuts if I ever heard anything nuts. Next thing we'll hear is that Australia invented nuts and people who eat Chinese nuts eat Australian jobs and children, for good measure.

  • Just did a test run on the shipping rates,
For a 175g packet of nuts, 1 packet, $5 estimated postage, 2 packets, $6.35 and for 3 packets, it jumps up to $13.50. Wouldn't it be more economical to actually use a 3kg express or normal post satchel?

Am interested in buying some, but am having second thoughts due to the postage costs.

    • Yes we can put it in a satchel but we normally put in a box to stop crushing of product and if the box doesn't fit we have to ship as a bigger box which is more expensive. We can just put in a satchel if you want but cant guarantee they will arrive in one piece. Unless you want Peanut butter hehe

2x packets into a satchel will cost 6.40 approx to send Aus wide, however 3x packets need a larger satchel which will cost $12.00 Aus wide and take up to 3kg

You need eparcel on satchel rates. I will email you.

        • BTW love your site, Im a rider myself

  • Will you be supplying dry roasted peanuts? They haven't been readily available for ages…

    • We will be expanding our range soon but being a relatively 'new' business we cant stock everything. Stay tuned ;)

  • Macadamias sold out. Booooo. :(

    • One of our best sellers, more stock soon

The gourmet nut company ones have been sold at Coles for a while now. Pretty good nuts.

        • I did know about that, but im not in the business for promoting the opposition lol ;)

Could you list the ingredients on your website? I have allergies (not to nuts)

    • anything specific? I can list ingredients in the future tho

      • On the back of your packs do you have content percentages?

        • Sure do, Ill look at updating this

  • You reckon you could do any fundraising packs? I'm keen on doing a bit of fundraising for my soccer team, and this would be a great alternative.

How about plain uncoated nuts, which is what most people buy ?
How about putting the price per kg, on the website, like at the supermarket ?
(since you know how we all love to compare prices)
I vote for Walnuts and Pecans too.

    • Thanks for the tip! Any advice is greatly appreciated. Our range will be increasing soon :)

  • Good luck with the business! You're prices are crackers! uhh.. I mean nuts..

  • Went on looking for a ridiculous amount of Pistachio nuts. None there :(
Still, 1kg of peanuts should tide me over.

Love the site, by the way. One thing I would suggest is having Nutrition Information panel for each product displayed.

    Thanks for the bargain.

    • Thanks for the business! We will be adding more products soon, and more deals to come ;)
