  Get these 1L refills for $3.25 and dilute with water. 1L makes up to 3L foaming hand wash. Must use clear types; milky types will separate from water and then clog the foaming pump.

    I've found the Milky types actually mix well in hot water and don't separate. Just gotta give it a good shake
