Tried purchasing the deals previously and today, and recieved a payment error after typing in the info. am wondering if it is a credit card / info phishing scam?
also tried posting onto their facebook wall to win that usb drive only to see the post removed..
Anybody else have such difficulties? Thanks

A couple points of clarity.
Firstly, the OP posted on their Facebook wall but due to the way Facebook displays posts via Top posts instead of most recent, he thought it disappeared. His post is still there.
Secondly, the OP is in the penalty box in addition to another member due to them posting deals in order for them to gain a prize. In terms of OzBargain, this is sockpuppeting.

HI the most common reason for a payment error is using a mastercard debit card which is not accepted.
All payments are processed by Worldpay a leading global credit card merchant provider, no credit card details are recorded by ourwebsite nor do we have access to them through Worldpay.
Also Worldpay will only accept Australian credit cards, if you try to use a overseas card it will auto decline.

I've made a couple of purchases at the end of Jan 2012 and still haven't received any of them.

Sorry to hear that. Expect a lot of phoney transactions in the next couple of days…… Don't worry though, you'll just have to sort it out with your bank. They will cancel your credit card and and cancel these transactions. Or to be on the safer side, I would ring them right now and cancel the card immediately.
these happened to me on a deal here for a iphone stylus, I paid with cc and the next day I discovered many $99 transactions in my account
