Just bought Overcooked All You Can Eat lol. Hope it offers a bit extra than buying these two separately.
It's cheaper if you just buy Overcooked: Special Edition and Overcooked 2: Gourmet Edition. They both include all dlcs for the games. Total cost of $38.37.

Doesn't the All You Can Eat version have extra things that the two combined don't have as well?
All You Can Eat includes a few extra levels, extra characters, additional accessibility options (colour blindness, dyslexic friendly text, scalable ui) and online crossplay for Overcooked 1. However, you can only play online with other owners of All You Can Eat, not Overcooked 2.

You should skip Overcooked 1 because its damm hard and I lost my family. lol. However good thing about Overcooked 2 is that you can throw things at people. I sometimes purposely throw food at my wife and said its an accident. :)
Hi, Sorry silly question as I am gifting a switch & not sure how the digital games work. Will my son be able to play Overcooked while offline & play multi-player once game is downloaded?

i believe overcooked you canbut mario kart needs an active connection to login/play at all times.
*even with a physical copy you may require internet.
Mario Kart does NOT need an active connection to play.
odd mine did at one time - but now i'm not playing switch unless its docked.
plus i only play in multiplayer mode.anyway was an example, some games will require a internet connection to verify.

Yeah, as long as you have the game downloaded on the console you should be able to play it offline. And multiplayer once you have internet access

Does anyone know for OC2 if I buy the Gourmet Edition / All You Can Eat - if they'll include future DLCs? A little conflicted because I've essentially played every single level and have 50% 4 star clearance with my partner and doesn't seem that worth it to buy it on another console if I don't get guarenteed future DLCs… decisions, decisions.
