Carl's Jr is not a burger clone, timeline: McDonald's founded in 1940, 1941 for Carl’s Jr. then way later, 1953 Burger King (our HJ’s).
Carl's Jr burgers are 'chargrilled', unlike HJ's 'flamegrilled'.
The burgers are BETTER at Carl's. Try the Angus burger range and taste for yourself.

    Recently tried Carl's JR in Wetherill Park. Wasn't particularly impressed and wouldn't go out of my way to try again anytime soon. Taste about the same as a Hungry Jacks burger. Wanted to try the Wendys recent pop up store but barely missed it :(

      Mark, you need to get onto Service NSW and get some discover vouchers and head north to the Central Coast, there you will find some great locations with some pretty weird names like Bateau Bay where Carl’s is, Tumbi Umbi, Kangy Angy Wamberal, Avoca and so on.

      Pick up a burger at Bateau Bay and head to the beach to enjoy, it’s about 3 minutes drive. watch the whales all only 90 minutes from the Centre of Sydney 😀☀️🏄‍♂️🏖

    The 1941 date mentioned was buying a hotdog cart then they first sold burgers in 1950.

    The reviews for the app are horrible, and the reviews for this burger place are average at best. Don't know why there's a deal for this place every day.
