VEECs are certificates produced when installing energy-efficient products in home and business, these certificate prices should result in cheaper prices to the consumer. Although we are all hit with the price of these in our electricity prices, so you may as well take advantage if you can.
Technically you should get improved prices if tradies pass the cert price subsidy on for installing energy-efficient products as per the website below
