Great price for a brand name Pressure washer.

On top of that, went into Bunnings this morning and got them to Price Beat with further 10% off to $472.49

Thanks to O/P Ciab for positing the 30% off at Supercheap Auto

for the money wouldn't this one be better? doesn't have the accessories but seems like a higher quality unit.

    • K5 is definitely more compact so depends what you're after

  • Would Bunnings do price match even there is no stock or delivery not available?

On paper that ryobi and this briggs linked below are excellent value. The briggs has 12l per minute water flow which is impressive.

Bunnings used to have the briggs as a special order too

    • that doesn't seem to be available anywhere or for delivery?

    • I got the Ryobi because it was very cheap in comparison and the brand has good customer service. I did have to return the nozzle twice until I got a good one. Bunnings exchanged them on the spot without question

    • Only 2 years warranty on the above vs 7 years with Karcher

ok so price beat at Bunnings can be a hit or miss if its a club members only deal- FYi.
They will find any excuse to not to price beat the product if they can unless you find someone new or some store mangers are nice but like i said— a hit and a miss— my case more of a miss… :(

I’ve never posted a deal before, but is there a template as this post looks identical in content to https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/628109
    ?

    • +1

No template but there are set criteria required for a deal post.

Mods like to keep things very standardised with a similar look and feel.

It's not unusual to see posts with very similar information. Often quicker to cut and paste and adjust to suit a new deal.

      • Fair enough, it was the exact same phrases that threw me!

    • It's someone from SCA who wants Bunnings to lose money through price beating.

      • Yeah some rando in SCA who deliberately makes the company take a loss to hurt a much bigger company. What a likely scenario!

Love it. The Copy Pasta was strong with this one. :P

Even got my spelling mistake and all. I feel special. Thanks vnet. :)

      • You are welcome ;)

  • I think Bunnings will only price match if the local Supercheap store has stock.

  • They didn't in my case. Torquay Bunnings

Just got Shellharbour bunnings to price match. Thanks OP!

    • How did you go?

      • lol

  • Looks like it’s back to full price at SCA (and out of stock everywhere to boot).
