As we are all fans of the Xiaomi Dreame vacuums, thought I would ask a question here as I am currently having issues with my own one.
Has anyone else encountered issues with charging their Dreame V9? I purchased mine in January this year and have otherwise had no issues with it until recently - when I dock it or plug in the charger directly into the unit, it will only ever charge to one light even when left overnight. Sometimes when plugging in to charge, the lights on the unit will all turn on but then go off and stay off (usually when charging, the lights will flash).
Have read around and it seems there was an issue with another Dreame vacuum, specifically with the charger that was included with it. Not sure if anyone else has had similar issues with their V9? Otherwise, I have contacted the retailer I purchased from to try and get assistance (I purchased from Gearbite).
Any insight or help would be much appreciated.
I don't have one of these, but your description sounds like a dead battery. How old is your unit?
