Going to europe mid April, and i dont want to carry my big slr there and my old compact canon is failing.
Been checking for a compact camera with interchangeable lens and my wife likes the olympus pen mini e-pm1. Great size and from what i can tell, good sensor quality. Best prices i've seen are about $530 (dcw, good guys), ryda.com for under $500 but out of stock. Ebay prices are virtually same as aussie price, especially when calculating the gst back from the trs scheme.
Anyone know of the best price for this camera in melbourne, will buy it after march 20. Also may look at a good buy on a sony nex c3, or maybe a pana gf3 or smilar. Size is important thugh, needs to be small!
I managed to get a Olympus pen mini from ebay (auction) for $396.99 including postage about 3 weeks ago, so you might want to try the auctions since you have a bit of time.
