My office in Sydney has got spare space and we want to lease out the half-floor about 200 sqm area.
The property agents are asking for 12.5% fees as management fees plus 3 months rentals as tenant sourcing fees.
Can someone guide advise what is the current leasing charges for office premises?

managent fees 4-8 %.one month commision for letting fee plus gst.
A word of advice? I'd use the agent just to source the tenant when it comes to commercial and then manage it yourself. At the end of the day any issues would have to be run through your lawyer anyway…
paid 8 %.and one weeks rent i think for residential a couple of years ago. they are useless i am thinking of changing agent now or just managing it myself. 12.5% is on the high side.
6% management fee + 7% letting fee
