Humble Bundle - Civ VI - New Frontier Pass for $10 - How much should I be paying for It?

Hey guys.

Just got an email for an exclusive discount for Civ VI - New Frontier Pass for $10. I guess it has been sent out to Humble Choice subscribers. Great deal right? Tried to buy it and they are trying to charge me over $21 for it. Has anyone else received the discount? How much does it show for you in the checkout? I submitted a request just questioning how they ended up with that amount.

I understand there are exchange rate fees and whatnot but google reckons it should be closer to $13 AUD. How much would you pay for a $10 USD game?

Edit: Looks like they caved in and have done a 75% reduction for all/most regions. It's showing as $14.99 now in your cart.

    Same spot here. I sent them a support ticket to clarify this because $21 is not $10.

      Seems like it's affecting most/all conversion rates. There is a post on r/gamedeals with heaps of people getting charged a lot more.

        That's a shame if true. I wouldn't pay more than $15 for it.

          They may have made a mistake somewhere. They had to fix the coupon once already. If it was on purpose, they may cave into pressure if there are a lot of people bombarding them about it. Better to get $15 than nothing. I'm not paying $21 for it.

    Went through the same issue. Got the following from support (after a bit of back and forwards).

    "I apologize for any confusion! Let me explain a bit more about our coupon. The coupon in question provides a discount to the USD price of the Civilization VI - New Frontier Pass, bringing the price to $10. This comes to a total discount of $29.99 USD. $29.99 is then converted into the currency to which the account is tied. Instead of seeing the equivalent of $10 USD, you receive the same discount of $29.99 USD towards the total price of the item."

      Load of rubbish really. Everyone got the same canned response. It should be a flat 75% off across the board to make it fair. It's usually $39.99 USD. Why not reduce it to $15 AUD and still get a little on top of the exchange rate. There is zero chance that anyone would have thought the coupon would work the way it does.
