  • Where are the details of the free Amaysin starter pack? They didn't appear when I followed the link, or on a quick look around the Mobileciti site

  • There's a little checkbox that says

    *Bonus:

    Amaysim Starter Pack - Free*

I missed it the first time too…

  • -1

    What's an amaysim starter pack?

    • +2

      ?? go google it

    • a $2 sim card

  • A bit of a shame that Amazon UK does not post SD cards.

Anything wrong with this one though?

    http://www.mymemory.co.uk/SDHC/Kingston/Kingston-16GB-Ultima…

    • Nothing 'wrong', but it isn't as fast.

      • How do you know that? Sry just confused no mean to be rude or anything. I just thought that speed goes by the class and they're both class 10

        • The class is just a category thing defined by the SD standard. Class 10 means it has read/write speeds of at least 10MB/s. The Extreme HD has read speeds of 30MB/s (can't confirm exactly what its write speed is), while the Kingston has read of 20MB/s with writes speeds of 15MB/s.

        • This particular card does do pretty good speeds, as some tests I conducted demonstrated:

          http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/62810

        • class 10 means 10mb/s CONTIGUOUS write on EMPTY card.

Extreme HD speeds of 30MB/s are CLAIMED

none of these deal with LATENCY to start the read/write.

to really know, you need to find a scientific review site.

  • Hmm, I wonder if Office Works would price match… I ordered one of the 550D cameras and am looking for a 16GB card for it, but don't really want to wait for delivery of a card…

    • Incidentally, I asked Office Works and they were willing to price match, however they don't keep the 16GB card in stock in stores (online only apparently, even though the website doesn't list it as such). The guy I talked to was willing to price match an 8GB card, but I'm after 16+.

      • that means , officeworks don't keep the 16gb card at all, or its not in stock at the moment ?????

        • Sounded like they don't keep the 16GB card at all.

        • Just got this price matched at chadstone.

        • Price matched at Anzac highway store in Adelaide.
Stock are limited. Not many officeworks have them.

  • For me the actual price is $41.50. ($37.73 + $3.77 Tax)

    • The price is changed back to $39.95 now. thanks

  • they have increased the price, it was $39.95 yesterday, its not good thing to do so….
